Welcome to the SMA4RT Series Homepage
The SpecMiata Area 4 Regional Tournament,
or SMART, is a points series organized by Spec Miata drivers in OH, IN, MI,
Western PA and surrounding areas. The SMART Series offers a regional Spec
Miata points series comprised of already-existing events with sanctioning
bodies hosting the events in our area. SCCA CENDiv, NEDiv, and NASA and WHRRI
events were included on the SMART 2005 schedule.
For 2006, the SMART Series is on hold. This year, with the class going National, Regional reacers being given an option on tires and the spilt of Area 4 and 5 coming, there was not the need for the SMART series. We would like to thank our sponsors and our racers for their support and enthusiasm.
The series may open back up in the years to come as the SM class continues to grow.
